Smt. P.Sai Kripa is an integral part of the training faculty for dance at Natya Sankalpaa. Sai Kripa has been learning Bharatanatyam since childhood. Sai Kripa, a Psychologist, is a Post diploma holder in Bharatanatyam from the esteemed Kalakshetra Foundation, Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai. She is pursuing the art under the noble guidance of her Guru Prof. Sri. C.V. Chandra Shekar and Smt. Manjari. Over the years she has participated in dance dramas at Kalakshetra in many significant roles. She is a Freelance Artiste and has worked with many other leading dancers in the city.

 She is extremely organized and hard working. She teaches with great patience. She adheres strictly to the motto of her alma mater, knowledge without fear.
