Kudanthai Mali of Mali's Stage entered Tamil Theatre arena in the year 1957 and completed 53 years of yeoman service as Writer-Director and Producer. He has produced 33 stage plays, written 19 scripts and dramatized 14 plays of other popular authors. He has staged more than 4000 shows mainly in chennai and other metropolis in India. He has received with humility many titles and laurels bestowed by various institutions recognising his stage efforts. He has a great moment to cherish in his life when he got the blessings and wishes from Late President of India, Dr. Abdul Kalam at Rashtrapathi Bhavan, New Delhi.
